From small gatherings to large corporate events the hotel provides a choice of 13 flexible function spaces accommodating up to 500 delegates in its largest. With over 40 onsite activities to choose from it is easy to mix business with pleasure at Crieff Hydro. The hotel’s corporate activity centre provides a wide range of fun indoor and outdoor team building exercises including high and low rope courses, blind fold off road driving, mini highland games, raft building and much much more. If delegates simply want to relax between meetings they can take advantage of the hotel’s Lagoon leisure facilities including pool, steam room, sauna and spa bath. At Crieff Hydro Hotel they aim to provide a simple quotation for all your conference needs, therefore the following equipment is included within your delegate rate: Overhead projector, Video player (VHS) and television screen, Public address system, Radio microphone, Lapel microphone, Freestanding lectern, Table lectern, Platform/stage, Flipcharts, Note pads and pens and Message handling. Other specialist equipment is available upon request with advance notice. 13 amp sockets are adequately available in each meeting room and 3 phase power can be arranged if required. Please advise of your electrical load at the time of booking. All meeting rooms are fitted with telephone points which can either be operated through the hotel switchboard or direct dial. It is possible to have ISDN and Modem connections, please ask your Event Co-ordinator for information regarding this service. Please make arrangements for this facility at least one month before the event date. |
